iLiFE!’s first single on a major label, Idol Life Mega Pack, arrives January 11, 2027. Released through Sony Music Labels, it comes in three configurations: a first-press limited edition (CD + Blu-ray) at US$16, nine member editions at US$10 each, and a standard edition at US$10.
That lands roughly two months after the major-label signing was revealed at the group’s K Arena Yokohama show on August 26, 2026, with the release date and editions confirmed on Sony Music’s official page on October 16. Announced alongside it: release celebration events at six locations nationwide, starting November 6 at Seven Park Ario Kashiwa in Chiba, plus the full itinerary for JAPANLiFE! 2027, a national tour of 11 shows across nine venues running February 11 to April 6, 2027.
This piece covers the single’s editions and track list, every release event date, the full tour schedule, and the nine members. I watched the August K Arena show on Abema PPV, and the word “major” that dropped as a surprise that night has finally turned into a product with a date on it.

When does Idol Life Mega Pack release and how much is it? January 11, 2027, in three editions
Idol Life Mega Pack releases Monday, January 11, 2027, a national holiday in Japan. The first-press limited edition pairs a CD with a Blu-ray for US$16, the member editions each carry a solo jacket for one of the nine members and are CD-only at US$10 apiece, and the standard edition is CD-only at US$10 (all prices tax included).
| Edition | Format | Price (tax included) | Main contents |
|---|---|---|---|
| First-press limited edition | CD + Blu-ray | US$16 | Title track, LiMiT STRiKER!, newly recorded version of Kyawapoppindoo, Blu-ray |
| Member editions (9 types) | CD only | US$10 each | Title track, LiMiT STRiKER!, one favorite song chosen by that member. Includes a sticker and a trading card |
| Standard edition | CD only | US$10 | Title track, LiMiT STRiKER!, Kyawapoppindoo |
Every edition shares two tracks: the title song Idol Life Mega Pack and LiMiT STRiKER!. Only the member editions swap out the third slot for a “favorite song” picked by each of the nine, so collecting the full set gets you nine tracks’ worth of what amounts to a self-cover listening comparison. Kyawapoppindoo, the track that blew up on social media, appears here in a newly recorded version. What exactly goes on the limited edition’s Blu-ray was not detailed in the press release.
The “Mega Pack” in the title reads as a sequel to the group’s first album from January 2023, Ai Life Starter Pack. The first indie release was the “starter pack,” and the first major release is the “mega pack.” Turning the group’s own concept — an idol life built out of “i” (me) and “!” (you) — straight into a song title is the textbook move for a debut single, and I mean that as a compliment.
Who are iLiFE!? Formed in 2020, instant Budokan sellout, 42,000 audition applicants
iLiFE! are a nine-member group signed to imaginate Inc. and part of HEROINES, the company’s roster of idol groups. They started activity in 2020, released their first album in January 2023, headlined Makuhari Event Hall in August 2024, and played a solo show at Nippon Budokan in August 2025. The Budokan tickets sold out instantly.
| When | What happened |
|---|---|
| 2020 | Group activity begins |
| January 2023 | First album, Ai Life Starter Pack |
| August 2024 | Solo show at Makuhari Event Hall, Makuhari Messe |
| August 2025 | First Nippon Budokan solo show, ONELiFE! (sold out instantly) |
| February 2026 | BRAVE GROOVE, ending theme for the TV anime DIGIMON BEATBREAK |
| May 2026 | Ribero joins via the new member audition Project i (42,000 applicants) |
| August 26, 2026 | Major-label signing announced at MEGALiFE!, K Arena Yokohama (approx. 20,000 attendees, 37 songs) |
| October 16, 2026 | Release date and editions for the first single announced |
| January 11, 2027 | Idol Life Mega Pack releases |
| February 11 to April 6, 2027 | National tour, JAPANLiFE! 2027 |
The nine members are Kokoha Riri, Aisu, Fukumaru Usa, Wakaba Noa, Sorauta Karen, Nijiha Mini, Koguma Mamu, Sumine Miki and Mamori Myuu. The lineup heading into the major-label era includes the new member who came up through the audition.
The underground-idol-to-major-label path has become noticeably more common through 2026. iLiFE!, though, signed after filling Budokan and K Arena under their own power, which flips the usual order: this isn’t a label developing a group, it’s a label coming to collect one that already grew. That’s the part that sets this case apart.
When and where are the release events? Six stops, starting November 6 in Kashiwa
Release celebration events for Idol Life Mega Pack run across six locations, opening in Chiba on November 6, 2026, then moving through Aichi, Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Tokyo and Osaka. Each stop includes a mini live set, a bonus meet-and-greet session, and a prize drawing.
| Date | Venue | Start |
|---|---|---|
| Friday, November 6 | Seven Park Ario Kashiwa (Chiba) | 17:00 |
| Sunday, November 8 | LaLaport Nagoya minato AQULS (Aichi) | 14:00 |
| Tuesday, November 17 | Ario Sapporo, Entotsu Hiroba, 1F (Hokkaido) | 14:00 |
| Wednesday, December 9 | LaLaport Fukuoka (Fukuoka) | 15:00 |
| Friday, December 11 | AEON Mall Musashi-Murayama (Tokyo) | 17:00 |
| Saturday, January 9, 2027 | Seven Park Amami (Osaka) | 14:00 |
The bonus session and prize drawing are open to anyone who preorders or buys an eligible product at the venue on the day. The mini live set can be watched from a priority area with a numbered entry ticket, and from the free-standing space without one. An online autograph session and bingo event is also scheduled for Saturday, November 14, with a first-round lottery entry window (October 29 to November 1) and a second round on a first-come basis (November 9 at 21:00 through November 13 at 23:59). The Mega bonus session, the instant-photo event, is listed as to be detailed later.
The release is January 11 and the final release event is January 9. In other words, every event wraps before the single is out. That’s a preorder-driven structure, and the intent to build a strong first week is written all over it.
When and where is JAPANLiFE! 2027? Eleven shows, nine venues, finale at GMO Arena Saitama
JAPANLiFE! 2027 runs from Hyogo on February 11, 2027, to Saitama on April 6, covering 11 shows across nine venues. The finale is at GMO Arena Saitama.
| Date | Prefecture | Venue |
|---|---|---|
| Thursday, February 11 (holiday) | Hyogo | Kobe World Memorial Hall |
| Saturday, February 20 | Okinawa | — |
| Tuesday, February 23 (holiday) | Miyagi | Xebio Arena Sendai |
| Wednesday, March 3 | Aichi | IG Arena |
| Monday, March 8 and Tuesday, March 9 | Hokkaido | — |
| Friday, March 12 | Hiroshima | — |
| Monday, March 15 and Tuesday, March 16 | Fukuoka | — |
| Thursday, March 25 | Nagano | — |
| Tuesday, April 6 | Saitama | GMO Arena Saitama |
A dash in the venue column marks a show our editorial team has not been able to match against an official announcement as of November 2026. Hokkaido, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Nagano and Okinawa are described as live houses through hall-scale rooms, but confirm the details on the official site.
What jumps out from the schedule is that almost everything from Aichi onward is a weekday. March 3 is a Wednesday, March 8 and 9 are a Monday and Tuesday, and the April 6 finale is a Tuesday too. Booking arena-scale rooms on weekdays is an aggressive call, and it’s rough on anyone traveling in. On the other hand, locking in Saitama, Aichi and Hyogo while working smaller rooms in the regions is a realistic shape for a group that just filled a 20,000-capacity venue.

In summary: Idol Life Mega Pack lands January 11, 2027, in three editions, with release events from November 6
iLiFE!’s first major-label single, Idol Life Mega Pack, releases January 11, 2027. The first-press limited edition is CD + Blu-ray at US$16, while the nine member editions and the standard edition are CD-only at US$10 each. All editions include the title track and LiMiT STRiKER!; the member editions add that member’s favorite song, and the limited and standard editions carry the newly recorded version of Kyawapoppindoo. Release events run across six locations from Kashiwa on November 6 to Amami on January 9, 2027, with an online event on November 14. The national tour JAPANLiFE! 2027 runs 11 shows, from Kobe World Memorial Hall on February 11 to GMO Arena Saitama on April 6.
A major-label debut that arrives after an instant Budokan sellout and 20,000 people at K Arena isn’t a congratulations so much as a starting pistol. The combination of a US$10 standard edition and nine member editions is also the current standard answer in the idol business: stay friendly to fans’ wallets while making absolutely sure the first-week number lands. Whether they can fill weekday arenas on the spring tour is the real first exam of the major-label era.
Nine favorite songs scattered across nine discs. Listen to all of them first, then decide whose edition you’re buying.
