Wuthering Waves is getting a major update on November 12. Version 3.8 is called “The Lily That Withers in an Old Dream.”
KURO GAMES announced the update on November 6, 2026. It lands on PC, Mac, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, iOS and Android. Tidal Heritage Chapter IV Act V, “A Bouquet Offered to Tomorrow,” opens up, and a mysterious girl named Lily (voiced by Natsumi Takamori) steps into the story.
The banners are shifting too. New 5-star Resonator Lily headlines the first-half limited Convene, while the second half brings the 5-stars Yangyang: Xuanling, Suisui and Feixue. On top of that, the 5-star limited Convenes for Sigrka and Qiuyuan are getting reruns.

Lily is the mysterious girl who appears in Tidal Heritage Chapter IV Act V, and she arrives as a 5-star Resonator. Natsumi Takamori provides the voice.
Read Version 3.8’s subtitle, “The Lily That Withers in an Old Dream,” and the lily in question is pretty clearly Lily herself. When a character’s name goes into the version title, that character is carrying real weight in the story. She looks like the key to how Chapter IV wraps up.
How are the banners split? Lily in the first half, Yangyang: Xuanling and company in the second
Version 3.8 splits its Convenes across two halves. The first half is new 5-star Resonator Lily’s limited banner; the second half brings 5-stars Yangyang: Xuanling, Suisui and Feixue.

The Resonator side of Echoing Reminiscence II lines up Camellya, Roccia, Phoebe and Brant. Weapons go to Reverberating Reminiscence II. Throw in the Sigrka and Qiuyuan reruns and this is an unusually wide window for picking up characters you let slip by. There are so many 5-star options that deciding where to spend your Astrite is a genuine headache.
What events are being added? A Solaris II mini-event
The mini-event “Solaris II: The Untitled Dream” is being added.
Full reward details for the mini-event are the sort of thing the developers drip out in stages ahead of launch. Wuthering Waves is built so that each version hands out materials and Astrite through its mini-events, and in a version stacked with reruns like 3.8, whatever you can farm here translates directly into extra pulls.
