Sega Fave’s arcade network services ALL.Net and Aime still have no restart date as of 9:00 a.m. on November 6, 2026. That puts the outage into its sixth day since the services were pulled offline at 3:00 p.m. on November 1 in response to a security breach. The official ALL.Net service status account on X says the next update will come at 9:00 a.m. on November 8, which means the lights stay off through the weekend at minimum.
The fallout reaches well past Sega Fave’s own maimai DX and CHUNITHM. Eight titles from Bandai Namco Experience, including Taiko no Tatsujin and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS. 2 Infinite Boost, run on the same backbone, so online play and card authentication are dead on those cabinets too. Bandai Namco’s machines have a hard cap on how long they can run offline, and it has been reported that cabinets past that limit, Taiko no Tatsujin among them, have stopped working entirely.
In a November 2 statement, Sega Fave said no leak of customer or business partner information has been confirmed, and that payment data including credit card information is not stored on the affected server. The company expects the investigation to take some time and has not given a restart window.
This article lays out what is down, which titles are affected, how personal data is being handled, and what is actually happening on arcade floors, all as of November 6. If you were planning an arcade run this weekend, read this before you head out.
Let’s start with what exactly is down right now.
When will ALL.Net and Aime come back? No restart date as of 9:00 a.m. November 6, next update November 8
As of 9:00 a.m. on November 6, 2026, there is no restart date. The official ALL.Net service status account on X posted an update at that time saying recovery work continues, the restart timing is undecided, and the next report will come at 9:00 a.m. on November 8.
The shutdown began at 3:00 p.m. on November 1. Sega Fave disclosed the unauthorized access the following day, November 2, and has been posting status updates on X since. Given that the November 6 update still said “no estimate,” there is no guarantee the November 8 update will announce a restart either.
| Date and time | What happened |
|---|---|
| November 1, 3:00 p.m. | All services tied to ALL.Net and Aime taken offline |
| November 2 | Sega Fave discloses unauthorized access by a third party. Bandai Namco Experience announces its affected titles |
| November 6, 9:00 a.m. | Reports no restart estimate. Next update set for November 8 at 9:00 a.m. |
Seven services are currently down. It is not just online matchmaking and score saving: the official site’s arcade locator and new SEGA ID registration are offline as well.
- Playing ALL.Net-compatible titles in an online environment
- Browsing arcade location information on the official site
- Use of .NET services
- Playing games using Aime
- Playing games using PrizeON
- Sega Lucky Kuji online service
- New SEGA ID registration
Which titles are affected? Four from Sega Fave and eight from Bandai Namco Experience
ALL.Net is a Sega Fave service, but Bandai Namco Experience’s arcade titles run on the same backbone. That is why cabinets that have never sat inside a Sega arcade are caught up in this too.
| Publisher | Affected titles |
|---|---|
| Sega Fave | maimai DX, CHUNITHM, Initial D THE ARCADE, Eiketsu Taisen |
| Bandai Namco Experience (8 titles) | Taiko no Tatsujin, Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS. 2 Infinite Boost, Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, The iDOLM@STER TOURS, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Last Survivor, Fishing Spirits Wonder, Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6RR PLUS, Mobile Suit Gundam: Arsenal Base |
Bandai Namco Experience published that list of eight titles on November 2. The four Sega Fave games are the ones confirmed through press reports, and they are not the complete roster of ALL.Net-compatible titles. If there is a specific cabinet you want to play, check your local arcade’s notices before you head over.
What happened to personal and card data? No leak confirmed, and payment data isn’t on the affected server
According to Sega Fave’s November 2 statement, the initial investigation has confirmed no leak of customer or business partner information. The company says payment data including credit card information is not held on the server that was breached, so there is no impact on that front.
With regard to information concerning our customers and business partners, no data leak resulting from this incident has been confirmed. Payment information, including credit card information, is not stored on the server that was subject to this unauthorized access, and is therefore unaffected by this incident.

The phrase worth noting is “the initial investigation.” Conclusions can change as a probe digs deeper. That is exactly what happened with the CAPCOM ID and Good Smile Company official shop incidents in October, where follow-up statements widened the scope. If you registered an email address with Aime, or reuse your SEGA ID password on other services, now is a free moment to change it.
What’s happening in arcades? The 72-hour offline limit expired and Taiko no Tatsujin went dark
Right after the shutdown, some cabinets could still be played in modes that don’t touch the network. But Bandai Namco Experience titles have a built-in cap on offline operation, and it has been reported that past 72 hours they require authentication to run. Three days after the November 1 shutdown, that limit was crossed and machines including Taiko no Tatsujin reportedly stopped putting anything on screen.
There is nothing operators can do. The cabinet is right there, it won’t boot when you flip the power on, and all staff can do is explain the situation to customers. Some arcades posted photos of rows of dark cabinets on social media. As of November 6, neither company’s published statements mention compensation for operators or players.
From a player’s side, the one thing worth holding onto is that your Aime data is not being erased. What’s down is authentication and online features, and no deletion of play data has been announced. How scores and ratings get handled once service returns, though, is something we’ll only learn from the restart notice.

Summary: ALL.Net and Aime still have no restart date on November 6, next update November 8 at 9:00 a.m.
Sega Fave’s ALL.Net and Aime still have no restart estimate as of 9:00 a.m. on November 6, the sixth day since the 3:00 p.m. November 1, 2026 shutdown. The next update is set for 9:00 a.m. on November 8. Beyond maimai DX and CHUNITHM, the outage hits eight Bandai Namco Experience titles including Taiko no Tatsujin and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS. 2 Infinite Boost. The initial investigation has confirmed no leak of customer or business partner information, and payment data is not stored on the affected server. Cabinets that blew past the offline operation limit reportedly stopped working even without a network connection.
One company’s servers go down and another publisher’s games fall silent nationwide. The clearest takeaway here is just how much of the arcade business was leaning on a single wire. No confirmed leak is a relief, but a recovery that stretches across a weekend hurts arcades badly. Sega Fave deserves credit for keeping the updates coming on X. The question now is whether the November 8 report finally puts a date on the board.
Heading to an arcade this weekend? Check the store’s notices first. Your Aime data hasn’t vanished, so sit tight.
